I was interested in leasing from this apartment. The website stated they had vacancies. I called the number for 3 days, multiple times each day. I was always transferred to an answering service. The person took my na me and number and assured me my request would be forwarded. I have received NOT ONE CALLBACK ! What a poor way to do business. I found another apartment. EDIT: I am very unimpressed with staff. They are also closed on the weekends which means you cant get any help. They will give you notice for different things in the community happening. There is a pest problem. The wors t thing about that is you have to almost completely pack up your kitchen EVERY TIME THEY DO THEIR SPECIAL SPRAY. Maybe talk to some apartments in the South and see what they use. We NEVER had to pack things up for pest spray. Is this the best location? No. HOWEVER, we found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. We found the apartment to be pretty close to the best apartments in this area for this price.
