This place is awful. The new manager Tommy could care less about actually running this place and is clearly only here to collect a check. Everything is out of his hands, and the leasing agents follow suit with taking no accountability for anything. Janet is typically rude on the phone and tends to talk over people when trying to discuss anything with her.Do not rent here if you want a place with decent AC. These units were built in the 70s and the AC units only cool the living room. I was told by Janet that if I want the other rooms (like the bedroom) in my apartment to have AC, that I would have to buy my own window unit. I pay $1056/month for only one room to have AC and I have to pay out of pocket if I want my other rooms cool¦.in the state of FL.You have to pay for pest control monthly, but theres no guarantee that youll actually get pest control (you have to call to request it weekly and hope the list hasnt filled up before you call). On top of that, the leasing office gives the pest control guy apt keys that dont work, so you have to hope youre home or that you catch him so he can actually enter your apartment and do his job.Maintenance is this places saving grace, but they can only do so much. Ive had issues with the AC, my washer/dryer AND my doorknob literally just fell off one day. Too many mishaps for outdated, roach-infested units starting at over $1k/month.
