This location is appalling. The new manager, Tommy, does not appear to be interested in running the place, but just showing up to collect his paycheck. Janet is often abrupt on the phone and tends to talk over people when they attempt to converse with her. If you want a place with a decent air conditioning system, this is not the place to rent. The building was constructed in the 1970s and the AC only works in the living area. Janet informed me that if I wanted the other rooms to be air conditioned, I would need to acquire my own window unit. For $1,056 monthly, I am only able to have AC in one room and I must pay out of pocket if I want the other chambers to stay cool in Florida. Not only do you have to pay for pest control every month, but there is no assurance that you will be provided with it. You require calling on a regular basis to see if the list is filled up prior to you placing your request. The maintenance staff is the only saving grace here, but they are limited in what they can do. I have had issues with the AC, my washer and dryer, and even my doorknob fell off one day. Too many issues for these ancient, cockroach-infested units, beginning at above $1,000 a month. Look elsewhere.more ...hide ...
