It was just fine until they changed Management. A couple of the ladies are very conniving. They have discriminated against me. They have Keys to your Apartment whereas they will Enter at anytime, mainly when youre not h ome. The Maintenance Man goes in and out of the \"Ladies\" Apartments Snooping and who knows what else, he also disrespected me on several occasions. (A couple months ago he came to check on my AC, but instead out of Anger from things the staff had shared with him about me he was about to Hit me, he was in a Rage. But my guest stopped him). No Action was taking after I reported him to the head Management. Other than them Ive had 4 awesome years here, when Ms. Joellen was in charge it was very pleasant. ¢ more ... hide ...

This is the third time I have lived in this complex totaling almost 18 years. These people really know how to take care of apartment living facility. Any maintenance issues are addressed immediately. And they allow you t o rate their performance. I cannot think of a single negative against the management in the ownership of this complex. The grounds are extremely well maintained and if there is storm damage or anything out of orders they are on it immediately. The rent rates are extremely affordable for this well-maintained property. If somethings wore out they replace it without question. When I came back this third time I actually felt like I was home again. And I have never run into anyone who has lived here who has had a single negative thing to say about any of the staff management or ownership. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. They are that good and this is a great place to live. more ... hide ...

This is my second time touring Waynedale Village apartments, once in 2015 and once in 2018. The positive difference with the new management / ownership (Bohouse) is extreme. They have improved the interiors and exterior of the buildings in almost every way. What used to be a questionable area now appears to be occupied by a great mix of residents. Management seems very active when it comes to maintenance, trash pickup and keeping the \"riff raff\" out. I did not end up renting here because they did not have the apartment size available that I wanted but as soon as they have a studio, I will be back. (it seems like their apartments are spoken for super fast after they become available). Also, they have done a really cool multi-colored door thing with one of their buildings.
