Avoid this place if you plan on using the pool; no more than two guests are allowed at any time, not even for birthdays--it's almost like being in jail. You're not even allowed to be on the front porch; only in the back. At 10 months my lease wasn't renewed without explanation. A year later I found out it was because of my truck not having logos, which was something I had told them before moving there. Instead of informing me directly, I had to find out from another resident what had happened--Debra will tell everyone your business but you! To make matters worse, after 6-7pm there's a black box truck with no logos parked outside--the irony! I buy and assemble furniture so often that I have to drive my truck up to the front door and unload boxes or furniture; if anyone doubts me then I have voice recordings as proof!
