I have seen worse but this place is trash and Management is very rude. Management has changed 2-3 different times, Maintenance is not done and repairs dont get fixed due to maintenance people not lasting. In house securi ty/pd/ is no good. Wrecker service will tow your cars. No designated parking so thats a big problem for tenants and visitors. Trash bins are disgusting with trash outside of it all around it. Swimming pool is filthy dirty and never open. Laundry room is disgusting dirty. THE COST OF RENT HERE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME & MONEY. Mildew on the building walls, standing water when it rains on parking area where you cant park unless you have rainboots on. Drains outside overflow with water puddles. Trash is always flying around. IF YOU PLAN TO MOVE IN, THINK TWICE ABOUT IT AND CHECK ON DO AND DONTS! Its sad and if you dont believe me drive around randomly, you will see. They want to charge for anything and you will not see your deposit no matter how clean or well kept your place is. ALL THESE 5 STARS AND POSSITVE COMMENTS WERE LONG AGO AND/OR LIES. Letters are always being sent out for silly reasons...Kids cant have bikes, skates, skateboards and playground is not safe. THE LIST GOES ON & ON. I dont think its right for office manager to be going through trash that people throw just to fine the person with mail trash on there name. LIGHT BULBS ARE TENANTS RESPONSIBILITY OR OFFICE WILL CHARGE YOU. Air filters are tenants responsibility to change. SAD & POOR TRASH PLACE TO RENT more ... hide ...

Im very disappointed on how this property is ran. It took me 2 months to get my application through and finally move in. Meanwhile in that time there was no communication with the office staff on any updates on appli cation. They have yet to still give me a key for my mailbox and my outside storage. I call consistently and no answer. I leave voicemails and no returned calls. Now they are saying I have to pay the post office to get access to my mailbox when I never got a key in the first place. Living here at Baxtor Lofts is not what it seems. There are a lot of problem here with the apts it self. We all share the same elevator alit if the tenants do not wear there masks being in a in close environment it is ea sy to get covid19. Back in July new management took over then in the on Sept 30th management wrote everyone a letter stating our renewal lease had to be sign by the 10th of Oct or get out. Now mind you we didnt receive it till 3rd or 4th of Oct and we had till Oct 10th to sign it or get out plus our rent also went up on a 1 bedroom went up 51 and 2 bedroom went up 73.oo they gave us no time to to decide weather to stay or move. We did not have a manger for a month in a half. Then they hired one and a so call trainer came down and supposed to train the new manager the trainer was the go to person if we had any questions. But she was was very rude and bully she told one tenant to sign the lease an lock her rent at 698 OR SHE WILL CHARGE HER MARKET PRICE AT 850. I AM GOI G TO DO MY BEST TO MOVE OUT. WE WERE ALSO TOLD THAT THEY HAD EVERY RIGHT TO COME INTO OUR APARTMENT AT ANYTIME WELL DID THAT AND DID LOCK THE APT BACK UP. WHEN THEY REMOLDEL THEY PUT BANDADES SOME TENATS HAVE THE KITCHEN CABINETS DETACHING FROM THERE WALLS IN THE KITCHEN WHEN THE FIRST HURRICANE HIT SOME OF THE APTS GOT DAMAGED RAIN CAME IN THREW THE WI DOWS AND EALLS CARPETS GOT DAMAGED AND STILL ARE ROCHES AND ANTS CAME THREW THE WALLS AND WHERE THE CARPETS WERE PULLED UP AND LEFT LIKE THERE PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT BECAUSE. SO THINK TWICE BEFORR MIVING HERE SOME APLLIANCES DONT WORK ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NEWSOME UNITS THE CENTRAL AIR DOESNT WORK. BOY ITS A LOT TO DEAL WITH. more ... hide ...
