Im sure the entire staff is wonderful, however Id really like to shed a spotlight on Andrea, who advocated on my behalf on SEVERAL occasions being an effective liaison between myself and housing for weeks; and Amanda who was thorough, kind, and understanding of my unique circumstances. Without the compassion and initiative of these two womens hardwork, my babies and I would have nowhere to call HOME. Im grateful and humbled. Not only was the unit resurfaced and immaculate, the appliances are BRAND NEW, as well as the carpet. Im absolutely blessed to have gone through this process with Andrea and Amanda. I currently live here and Management do not care about your living arrangements at all & Very Unprofessional And They never answer the phones, right now I need paint jobs in both bathrooms/Tubs, had to get rid of all the roaches myself, I HAVE A HOT WATER HEATER THAT CONTINUES TO GO OUT & currently now without hot water¤¦ I cant make this up, but I continue to pay full rent¢If they show a little bit more Care for the tenants this may be an ok Complex. But over all I love the schools in the area , but I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here HONESTLY more ... hide ...

I just want to know why after the tenants move out of the apartment in good standard and with their deposit in hand, it gives you the right to charge another deposit on peoples credit? Please be aware of your credit rep ort after moving out!!!!
