When I first moved in these apartments, I said they were clean, but as my stay was coming longer, these apartments are roach infested. Rats eating at the walls and they dont fix anything. They come with cable and my cable stopped working in May and I moved in February. I complained about it never got it fixed. Mold is bad. And big tree ROACHES. I do not recommend living here. more ... hide ...

I have just moved here for a little while, but since I have been living here, I have always had to complain about the children upstairs over me. It sounds as if they are falling through the ceilingall day long. Even when the noise ordinance is in effect, I have had to call the courtesy officer twice in one night. And no one picks up after their dogsno one. The area in front of my patio, Ive watched them not pick up, even though they have a stand with bags providing them with bags.The roaches have still been evident and even though I have been exterminated twice. I think its because no one puts their trash in the shoot.But I dont want to have the exterminator back because he left some of the liquid poison on my floor and my dog was walking around the house with the poison on his feet. Napoleon got so sick I had to go to his vet!Im sorry that I have come here! more ... hide ...

The Alcove Apartment Homes in my opinion are a great place to live. For one, they offer a very unique floor plan to their apartments which you dont see very often. In my one bedroom apt. i have 7 distinct room areas whic h enable me to spread out and not give you the feeling of a small living area which is great. The management team and staff are the just the best there is. The professionalism that they bring to the property along with a genuine care they have for every tenants needs are unmatchable. The property itself was just taken over by NEW management who has invested quite a bit of money in fixing the place up making everything brand new along with the new roofs, new paint, new appliances, new landscaping, everything has been updated and remodeled making the entire complex a very beautiful place to live. Being disabled as i am what i love the most is the valet trash service where they come to your door every night to pick up your trash. Overall i have to give the Alcove 5 stars. So if your looking for a great place to live that offers many wonderful amenities, a safe environment with all the security measures in place and a very beautiful property it is worth your while to check this place out because i guarantee you wont be disappointed and by the way youll love the pool area. more ... hide ...

I moved in around April 14th, my townhome had some issues and as soon as I let the office know they came and fixed them in less than 24hrs! My neighbors are quiet except one! Also , its a lot of families living here which is a really good thing! I love it here so far! more ... hide ...

Worst Apartment complex Ive Ever lived In! Never written a review, but would hate for the next person to have to experience that lifestyle. NEVER seen so many bugs in my life! Counter Tops were cracked, mold was painted over, Air unit leaked water non stop, toilet Never stopped running, windows werent sealed properly, 2 air vents didnt work, etc. Its Filthy!!! People just throw trash on the ground so maintenance have to walk around every morning picking up behind the tenants, so its not a good look when company comes to visit. Animals running around freely. Imagine coming home to 15 plus cats in front of your door, or goin to your car and its 2 cats on top of your car and 3 under, I couldnt even let my kids go to the playground because it was too many stray dogs and I feared for them getting attacked oneday... It gets annoying. I Would NEVER recommend Anyone to move there. Literally No Stars more ... hide ...
