Although I have lived here a short time, I love the environment. The grounds are well kept. The management is great. Always a friendly courteous attitude. I had to use maintenance a couple of times for minor issues . They came on the day I informed management of an issue. It is quiet and comfortable. I would recommend living here. more ... hide ...

The worst place to live in, management is the worst, they should get rid of those ladies working in the office, theyre always in the a mood, it seems like they dont like their jobs at all. Parking lots are alway s full, if you have more than one car they wont give you more than one sticker for the parking and there are no security at all, people keep breaking in cars all the time and they dont do anything about it. Trash cans are full al the time. And yes lets not forget about their maintenance service which is trash, during summer your a/c will stop working and they wont fix it until a week later because thats not an emergency. Do yourself a favor and dont even try to live here. more ... hide ...

Ive seen tenants come & go. Disrespectful ones dont seem to last long so consider your attitude when it comes to this property. The maintenance is always doing wonderful they clean up the property very well, some times its rough from the weekends, but they get the job done done. The management is great I hope they keep up the great work towards the property & community. This is a nice place to start doing better if u take advantage of the opportunities you are given to rise above for a more stable future. Hello! Ive been living here for a year now and so far it is a great community to live in, but in every community, there is work to be done. Most of the time is very clean, but during the weekends you will find empty beer glasses on the floor, trash, and you will find a lot of burnt cigarettes. Also, I wish they could update the laundry rooms the machines are always broken and is very. frustrated going somewhere else to wash. Lately, I noticed a lot of people that dont live here in the apartments just walking around or just hanging out, and is kinda creepy and scary because there are a lot of kids running around here so we should be more careful.
