Me and my wife have been here for 6-7 years and we love being a part of this community! We love the staff, management and our neighbors! We did get approached by a security lady who said there is a curfew at 10 and we we re on our property so I would like to understand the extent of the curfew because sometimes me and my wife get off late nights and enjoy our patio flow. I will love to speak with someone other than the people that work in the office. I pay my rent on time every time and all of a sudden Im deciding to move out I owe all this back pay. I was told I can make a payment p lan but now Im told to wait until I turn in my key but the catch is the back pay is still increasing. Single Mothers with children DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU ARE SELECTED. I was selected but for some reason I researched and talked to people who stayed here and at least 3 different women (there were more) stated that their apartment was been entered when they were not there. Windows were left open. Door not locked back.Their beds were being made up. One lady in particular said she installed a camera and it was taken down. That for me is a scary thing. Owner stated that on the lease package that he could enter whenever he liked . Per one person she read her paperwork and no where on the paper work and/or lease does it state this. As a single mother I was afraid for myself and my child whom would be a latch door kid coming home from school.DO NOT MOVE HERE AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HAA ON THIS PARTICULAR PROPERTY BECAUSE I HAVE NIECES THAT STAY OVER HERE AS WELL, more ... hide ...
