Flood waters claimed the building years ago; and someone eventually leveled the (likely) condemned structure.The vacant lot, however remains unfenced -- with no signs for would-be trespassers. Theres enough light to see without the need for a flashlight, thanks to nearby businesses.One can only hope the owners are still the same people who managed the Northline SRO.The land can still be useful to people who have nothing more than a tent (or maybe one of those \"tiny houses,\" your read about, in California).A property owner is the only person who can declare someone a \"trespasser;\" and property owners cannot be held liable if an unknown trespasser is injured on their property.Heres hoping these property owners never get around to returning any phone calls about possible squatters... Sometimes, the best thing someone can do is absolutely nothing, at all.With lawmakers debating urban camping, people might be looking for a safe place to land. Theres strength (and safety) in numbers.Feel free to come by. Im in the grass hut,, until I figure out a ride back to North Texas. Give a shout, to see if Im around. If Im not there, PLEASE, lay down & rest a while. Theres probably a jug of water, some kind of prepackaged baked goods, and Mountain Dew in there -- maybe *something* in a can. Help yourself. These apartments or very bad the maintenance man dont do they right the people in the office or very disrespectful in rude and they take people money in tell them who can visit who cant visit on the people in the offic e dont do they job the assistant manager is very rude she will have you wanting to beat her but thats how rude she is and wen you dont speak to her she will put you off the purposes and say your trespass just because she have personal problems with you but most of all the Aparments or good they just need new people that work in the office thats. This complex is the only one that I have seen no matter the size bedroom the patio is the same size. It is very spacious. Maintenance takes care of this property very clean. This property was built 2 years ago for what I hear and at night it is very quiet you can hear a pin drop. I know that a lot of people like to bash complexes when they dont get their way but when you get a manager that cares about how her property looks then you know that they do not play.
