DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! My experiences living here for 2 years. #1 Ever since I have moved in there. Ive seen roaches everywhere in the apartment bathrooms, sink, stove, inside microwave, rooms, especially in closets ¤¢I have complained and talk to the front office. They said theyll help me find a different apartment to live in by next week and will give me a call. Ive waited, past 2 weeks. I have complained again. Same response as last time. On to this day they still havent done anything got tired of asking, makes things worst, gets an attitude. So I just left it. Dont want any trouble. Worst costumer service ever. It has been 2 yrs and still havent done anything. Very dirty, not clean at all. #2 One of my 8 yr old child got shot by three men with a paint ball gun or BB gun in a Chevrolet Impala 2018. I took a picture of there license plates and a video reported to the front office and say theyll call the cops past 2 months havent heard anything from them. 20 - 23 year old men shot a 8 year old child and many more people!!!! This disgust me. The front office care less of your problem. #3 Dont get the Brown Bags they give on the week days depending on the calendar dates theyll give you on your front door step. One of the ladys who was handing brown bags to children. My son almost ate a baloney and cheese sandwich, the bread had mole. They dont treat people fairly nor kind. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for more than four years starting in 2016. Golden Bamboo Village 3 was nice and clean when it first started out. And the staff and management was friendly in the beginning. Then as time progressed, t he appliances and furnishings went bad because they were bought of low quality. My microwave broke, my dishwasher as well. There was water leaking in my apartment as well as many other residents. Last year in 2020, they changed management. A new manager by the name of Daniel stepped in. The guy is a smooth talker but when you need something done, he takes a very long time doing it or he doesnt reply to you. I will list the other things that go wrong at this place:1. From time to time, the entry gate breaks down and takes months to repair. Cars go in and out as they please. Many resident cars have been broken into.2. The wood fence that borders the back perimeter has huge gaps underneath. It allows trespassers to climb underneath. Not very safe for most of us elderly residents!!!3. They will charge a late fee of $63.00! That is pretty high for seniors on fixed incomes. And youre forced to setup and pay online. Not easy for seniors who were accustomed to paying at the front office in person.4. The maintenance guy will take his time coming for repairs. Hes a bit rude when you talk with him on the phone.5. Again, be aware of Daniel the manager. Hes good at one thing, and thats not replying to you. more ... hide ...
