If I could rate this place zero stars I would I had a planned move in date unit number in all then after approval a week later I was told that I owed my old apartments and they couldnt proceeded until proof of paymen t I provided proof of payment everything was good to go I had a scheduled move in for Dec 21I called two days before my move in date only for them to tell me the unit wasnt ready and they had no estimated completion date tbh Im not sure why I was never notified I was told they would refund my deposit and app fee Ive still never got my app fee after multiple callsI wouldnt recommend this place at all more ... hide ...

Living at New Hope has changed my life tremendously! I love our community, and all the things it offers. They are partnered with Buckner Family Hope Center right across the way, which is very helpful as well. This is a p lace to finally get a leg up, and focus on bettering yourself for the sake of your family. Thank you sooo much to the faculty and staff of New Hope! I have lived at this complex for two years now and I must say that the staff is amazing!! Tiffiny, the manager has been nothing but accommodating since coming on board. She has also made the community culturally diverse . I recently became pregnant and I am high risk so I have needed some special requests to ensure that my health is priority Tiffiny, has honored all of my request!! I also never participated in the community activities before I only went into the office to pay rent! I now attend community events on a regular and even stop by the office more because the staff is so amazing. Scott the new assistant Manager is awesome too as well as Candice who is with the staff from time to time. If you are looking for a great place to live with staff that treats you like family instead of tenants The Brittmoore is where you want to be! more ... hide ...
