Whats the point of lying ? The issue could of been fixed with Simple communication. Instead miscommication and confusion. Then when the Truth came out, They found a way to throw the occupants out. Before the staff was helpful with the exception of 1 whom isnt so Helpful. How do you throw humans out with Honestly with no explanation but saying a document has to be updated. If the original person is dead who signed, There should be something else to overrides the paperwork. Not throw the tenant out I can see if they were trouble makers or Didnt pay Thier Rent. I could Understand. Empathy is on another level I see here. The staff member I spoke with has no joy/ love. Was told tell the party to just leave behind a piece of paper. Can Anyone make it make Sense. BakerRipley was a blessing, but why Didnt Maintenance come fix the apt. after 3 expections? The tenant never was Paying Rent before So when She reached out, Deaf ears. BUT Yall took that Baker Ripleys funds when the 1st like was told Now ...you let a Tenant go because of Faulty Paperwork. Then on top Other staff member agree. God is Good and bless those whom Take care! There was Something you can do but you chose Otherwise.You really think you can keep Denying Gods people and Talk crazy to Them ? Wheres the Lie ? Ive only lived at Quail Chase apartments for a week however, my experience with the staff this far has been amazing. Everyone is always polite and professional. The communication and urgency to get people moved in is exceptional. I had the privilege of working with Ms.Bernell from start to finish and Im extremely grateful for her tenacity, and professionalism. Shes always well dressed and groomed, ready to handle business. Im also pleased with the up-to-date appliances and cleanliness of the apartment. I absolutely love my garden bathtub in the Master bedroom. Im extremely impressed at the peacefulness I experience early dawnings, especially because its a fairly large apartment complex with plenty of children that live and play here..My only concern so far is people speeding in the parking lot. Overall I believe Quail Chase is affordable and a great place to live. more ... hide ...

I went to this complex before the fence was up for leasing, I was told to come back when they put the sign out for leasing. I went there as soon as the sign came up and was told there was already a waiting list, this com plex wasnt even halfway finished. I went back, talked to some spanish lady, that I could barely understand and was told put my name down on the waiting list form, so I did, with 4 other ways to contact me. So when I went to back to the apartments since they were finished and since I had already been lied to , she would forward my now application and call me. I have called every year since they opened and all I get is its a 3 year waiting list. I have never been on a waiting list that from the time an Apartment Complex was just being built until 5 years later you are still on a revolving waiting list. You get a 0 no Stars ! more ... hide ...

Would definitely not recommend they actually need to be condemned moved in in March and had a terrible rat infestation and air conditioning never worked properly black mold throughout the apartment in the air vents maint enance socks never received the cable box internet service was terrible wa evicted after being behind q month in rent because of retaliation for the city of Houston complaint about the rats and them all my belongings were thrown outside by the constable and maintenance staff and the other residents stole everything including my underwear and my 12 year old clothes and shoes they are shifty people and take advantage of low income individuals because they feel you cannot do better more ... hide ...
