Needs to be condemned has black mold and sewage leaks that the landlord doest get fixed only has 1 maintenance man who is older mu kitchen floor is falling in and has yet to be fixed and my ceiling in my bathroom is fall ing in and has yet to be fixed on top of that we pay 750 while the other residents pay 600 do not move here is making us sick cause of the mold and they care nothing about thier residents more ... hide ...

Flenniken Landing is not the same friendly/family environment it once was for so long. Unfortunately the current manager is responsible for this, she causes a great deal of chaos and confusion. She is unprofessional and flat out rude. The entire building needs repairs that management will not address, sadly there has not been a certified maintenance at Flenniken in years. The manager is amazing and she keeps the property looking great thats why we love it here. I wanted a Affordable apt. That was super nice and she makes sure she keeps it running great no mess at all. If you are the c hill type and want a nice clean Environment with no mess then come here; but if you are the messy ratchet dont follow the rules type then go down the street and apply. The Manager only wants a Respectable property and thats what I want for myself and for my baby so I know I can sleep great at night. more ... hide ...

Very nice apartments but,if you have loud stomping, furniture jumping upstairs neighbors beware.Its very very very loud and disturbing. Apparently nothing will be done. Your guest in your home will be appalled you pay 68 0.00 to never have any peace in your home. It gets worse on the weekends, the pounding upstairs goes for HOURS and Hours. Again apparently nothing will be done. Reporting is pointless. Right this minute it sounds like they are tearing down my ceiling.Its a week later a Thursday at 7:30 p the people upstairs and kids literally literally sound like they are trying to break down my ceiling. It is LOUD.Could have a guest here for the noise its awful .Management says oh they are living their life .Theres no excuse for this kind of outrageous noise. more ... hide ...
