I want to start off with I hardly ever leave reviews, especially not so great ones, but Ive had enough with this place.They dont clean the laundry rooms, like ever. Floor has probably never been washed. How do yo u expect people to care when clearly the people running it dont. On the district Facebook they posted a picture of a clean laundry room with a soda machine, thats a lie.For the amount we pay in rent for this apartment is crazy considering.The pool¦ what pool? Its fuqing gross. Theyve given a lot of different reasons for that.The people in the office will literally tell you anything, for the most part you can not count on what they say to be truth.We have needed a lock on our mailbox since we moved in in February, still no lock (7/18/22). The last time I asked they blamed it on the previous maintenance guys that quit, supposedly they said that it was done, was told a work order would get put in. Well my husband asked the other day and we were told that basically because ours was the only occupied unit needing a lock that it wasnt getting done. ¤ seriously?!We have a leaking faucet that theyve known about for a little, my husband was told on Thursday that maintenance pulled our keys to get it done, haha surprise still not done. Im sorry but things cost enough right now and to literally have our money going down the drain is ridiculous. Shower knob is leaking, the water is going under the tub probably even the floor and clearly they are in no rush. more ... hide ...

Horrible. horrible horrible. apartment manger is a very sweet woman but the apartments are run down and poorly taken care of.
