Was looking for apartments for my son and Asked if this was a good place to live (asked a tenant because they were staring me down as I drove through the parking lot) they gave me a dirty look and walked off. Approached the office in a nice car, dressed nice not looking like a vagrant and couldnt get in the front door before I was stopped and asked what I was doing there. It wasnt a hello how can we help you it was an accusing what are you doing here attitude. These people seem very, angry hostile and paranoid.This bad vibe was all I needed to immediately get back in my car and leave. more ... hide ...

Edit: Does management spam apartment review sites with FAKE positive reviews?Dont live here unless you have to.This is probably the nastiest place I have ever visited in terms of apartment buildings. It looks like it use d to be an old hotel or something. There is definitely an old building stench when you first step foot in a building and it just has this old run-down feel to it.The area looks pretty bad. I should have known I was in for a bad experience when I drove by a neighboring building with what looked like burn marks and boarded up windows on the top floor. Did someone throw a molotov cocktail or something? You could definitely survive at this place, but if you can find/afford something a little better YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY DO THAT. Also, the pictures Ive seen online of this place DO NOT match up with what I saw when I was there.Im sure the building is run by people who are trying to do as good of a job as they can, but this place was so nasty that I felt compelled to write this review to warn prospective renters. more ... hide ...

Ive lived here 5 months. I LOVE it! Friendly admin, maintenance crew keeps everything ship-shape. The cleaning crew keeps the place spotless! I love my balcony! This place is perfect if you want quiet, or if you want activity. You can be as active as you want to be. Dont want to do any activities? Thats YOUR choice! No forcing of involvement. There are things to do here, if you so choose. I love having laundry facilities right on my floor. No stairs. This is a great place to live! more ... hide ...
