I was very pleased. The manager is an amazing woman, she really cares about the residents and the property. She encourages you to participate in the activities, and if she found your talent, she would encourage people to lead out, if theres something you want to do. I loved living at Parkway Commons these past three years. This community felt like a home away from home while I was attending law school. Ive lived all over the country, in several different apartment complexes, and Parkway Commons was by far the BEST experience. I always felt safe and looked after, and the community was the perfect place to raise my little pup. My move in under the previous property manager was a little rough as she was incredibly rude to me and my parents. But moving out was a breeze with the new Property Management team, Baeron and Stacy. Union Flats is a community with a ton of amenities. Since new management has come in in the last year Ive seen a lot of changes! There is a fitness center, a pool, access to laundry, and the units are spacious and re asonably priced.
