Would not recommend this company to anyone. We asked for 2 years to repair and replace shingles on roof....Ignored request. They ignore your phone calls until they are ready to handle it then they will answer the phone . If you go into the office for a request, it will take at least 2 weeks and several follow up checks before anyone is sent. When we left, they tried charging for painting even though we had been there for 4 years and would have to paint anyways. We had Fire Alarms go bad that turned out had been installed 17 years earlier....but the owner said they were not that old (there was a date on the back of the alarms when they were installed). more ... hide ...

Been living here for a few months and is one of the best complexes Ive lived at. Any issues Ive had have been fixed promptly. Quiet area and really well kept landscaping.
