Owners do not work well with their tenets, Nor with their help unless you are a yes sir person . If you have a mind of your own forget about this place they will call you a rebel if you make to much sense you are a threa t. The new man that fixes things is great, he is fast and does it the right way the first time. Patty the old manager tried to work with everyone and ended up getting outed. I feel awful about that . Id tell you why but its only gossip and as it stands now I cant even get my deposit back . Its been about 6 weeks. I guess its because I challenged them on the carpet being cleaned or replaced. I mean why should I have to pay to have it cleaned if they are going to put linoleum in it? Thats $90. bucks out of my Social Security check. They closed the Reck hall so we could not use it instead of telling the the trouble makers to stifle them selfs or move in the correct manner of correct. I guess since I moved they opened it till 5 p.m. God help you if you have to go potty, hope you make it home. Anyway This is just my opinion. Most Of the people there are really nice, It s hard moving when we get use to being around our friends . But several of us have. more ... hide ...

Edited 03/22/2022:We moved out of our townhouse one year ago. We were paying as much as we are now with a mortgage payment! Every year the cost of rent would increase 30-50 dollars due to increased expenses for the owner /company. At that point we had finally had someone in the office semi-regularly, and issues were taken care of in a more timely manner. New management had a lot of things they wanted to change without consideration to the tenants.Original:An affordable 2 and 3 bedroom townhouse complex with a great manager. Beautiful place! Weve lived here a year now, and its been one of the BEST places weve ever lived. Its maintained properly with any issues taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. The neighbors are friendly for the most part, and no issues at all with parking.ETA(2017):We have been living here for 3 years now. The only issue I have is the management of these apartments. (Manager mentioned in review has since found a better job.)Its has been a toss up of what person will be working here (until recently, but they never stay long).Theyre only in the office one day a week, with no way to contact them when theyre not there. Ive been waiting 11 months for the rest of my security deposit (moved into a bigger apartment here and couldnt transfer deposit). The only time I have had my issues addressed is when I call their corporate office and they send someone to address said issues. Parking is a joke since everyone has multiple visitors who dont understand what visitor parking spots are for, in addition to their two vehicles! Management says there arent marked spots for each apartment, so they cant do anything about it. more ... hide ...
