Looking for a place with poor management? Look no further. If you need management for questions takes 3-4 days for a response. Impossible to reach anyone by phone; always goes to voice mail; even then takes two days for a response.Apartment has key-less entry but wont give you a fob, and you have to use a key to get in and out.Units DONT have in-unit laundry but dont worry they are planning on updating the hallways soon.The foyer usually has homeless people spending the night and management wont do anything about it as well. But dont worry they are updating the halls soon.If you have an apartment facing Washington you can hear cars and people yelling outside (what you sign up for).
