Pros:Amazing location so close to I-40 exit. Among the lowest prices for apartments this close to Nashville. My apartment had decent carpets, walls, closets, kitchen, etc (though some apartments look older and not as n ice). Management seemed to be friendly and professional. The maintenance always came by to fix things within a week. I never had a problem with the laundry machines or the mail (although that area is often messy). We never had a problem with lots of insects (were also on the top floor though). Heating and AC unit worked just fine.Cons:Our bathroom was really gross with the tiles falling apart; it was the one part of the apartment that was bad. It depends which apartment building youre in, but where we were there were sometimes people in the parking lot blasting music with filthy language and screaming at each other. Some of the parking spots are unusable due to large dips and mud and puddles, but Ive never had trouble finding a close space, and you can drive by to see for yourself. Id recommend driving over and walking around one Saturday night to make sure youre comfortable with so many people hanging around outside. Also, it seemed that people move in and out quite often so your neighbors will likely change. Overall it was a positive experience, though some people might be uncomfortable here. more ... hide ...

Heritage East was a magical place to live. The apartment building was extremely quiet and clean. My studio was bright and airy with a peaceful treelined view. The Property Manager, Kristi, was quick to respond to any nee ds I had. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for an affordable and walkable apartment in East Nashville. more ... hide ...

The worst 10mths of my daughters life in her 1st apartment!!!! She moved in 12/31/2020. Move out 10/02/21. One, among many of the reasons she moved out was because the appliances were old and worn out. They gave her a green stove, the bathroom had the old medicine cabinet and the sink thats attached to the wall, very outdated. But more than the cosmetic concerns,¦..they were unprofessional and acted very mad whenever she had a question or needed assistance. From maintenance issues, to bill payment, whenever she asked a question?! It was a problem. So my daughter started looking for another place immediately. Because it became so uncomfortable. And they never answered the phones. Never in the office but maybe once a week. It was terrible. She loves her place now. The people are professional and the apartments are nice more ... hide ...
