I currently rent here and have only been here about 2-3 months. This is the second apartment Ive rented in Nashville and I can 100% say I am absolutely in love with everyone and everything! Will and Susan are both su per sweet and quick to answer any and all questions I have! During the application process, Will was super attentive as to what I wanted in an apartment, asking all the necessary questions and doing everything in his power to help the application process go smooth! If Will didnt have an answer to my question he would ask someone else and have the answer for me in less than a day! Im super grateful to be living here and for both Will and Susan! Staff has been kind, and only stop by to spray for bugs, the walls are a bit thin so it gets kinda smelly in the hallways sometimes thats the only real gripe with the place, there are disposable trashcans on every floor so you dont have to go out to the dumpster at night/day. There is construction going on currently but it is not the fault of the apartments, so it may be somewhat startling. The neighborhood is in-between good and bad parts of town so take it how it is, but you do require a key card to enter the building so thats a plus.
