Very dangerous neighborhood, shootouts almost every single night, fights, and regular arguments! The local stores are swarmed with drug addicts and prostitues! The neighborhood is extremely trashed and looks abandoned. C hildren wonder around by themselves and someone is always sitting on a porch they do not belong to! All violence and crime is inevitable in this community! This community needs to be torn down immediately! Would never rate more than 1 star!! more ... hide ...

If you have any loved ones with dementia, Alzheimers or other mental illnesses, get them out of here. Very uncompassionate and cold staff and residents. My dad was evicted from Radnor Towers and he has nowhere else to g o. I wasnt even informed that he was close to being evicted until I saw a letter when I visited him. When I called to ask about it I was met with a cold and insincere reaction. Almost like the building manager was mad I knew about it. Then I received a call from the building last week saying that he was evicted in a phone call that lasted 22 seconds.My dad is a good man that had lost control of himself. I was working on trying to get him help but now its a race against time to find himself somewhere else to live.This was after pipes bursting in the building and having fans put into his room to dry the carpet....twice. Ruining the carpet. This is after being told that he would have to move to a hotel for renovations to this apartment for a month them 3 weeks before the move, the date was moved back to August. Constant construction for the last year.But cold and uncaring staff is the worst. more ... hide ...

This apartment complex is honestly a joke. They close from 12-2 for lunch. No one is in the office after 3. They do not answer the phone. They do not reply to emails. They do not respond to maintenance or roach issues. 0 /10. DO NOT RENT HERE.
