I really enjoyed living here! The location was great, with so many different places to go for walks close by. Target and shoprite were both really close, as well as the mall.Of all the apartments Ive lived at, this w as my favorite. I think a big part was the natural lighting in the apartment complex. The staff was also really easy to talk to and I really respect that they walked through my apartment with me before I left. A few weeks later, they gave me my deposit back. Ive had issues with past apartments coming up with bogus reasons to keep the deposit, but I think everyone there is really honest.They also stay on top of reminding tenants the rules of the complex so everyone can enjoy the best environment possible.Thanks Village of Cantebury! Me and my three children moved here from jersey with my husband Kevin King. We thought that it would be better until we got moved under some people who was very noisey and had no respect for the other neighbors. They bab y was throwing things over the balcony onto our property. We had to deal with all the loudness over our heads and they was not very cleanly. They flooded our house from they apartment upstairs and then the maintance men messed up a pipe in the heater room and flooded the house again which messed up our apartment livingroom rug and my sons room and left him with scaring and he had to go to hospital and dermatologist specialist for this problem. On top of that the carpet was already three yrs old when we moved in. Now they put this on his credit and messed up for him to get a house and they even admitted to being in the wrong for this. I just want everybody to know becareful and keep all your paperwork because this is crazy we was homeless for a while because of this problem and they ignored our calls and hung up on us and now they dont want to refund us the money that we are owed from these problems. Please becareful so that you dont loose out on none of your stuff and they will try to make u seem like your in the wrong. Bad for business and renting and living and whatever else u wanna call it. more ... hide ...

My sister lived here and loved it! She never complained about staff they were always very nice to her and understanding. She never had any issues with the apartment if she needed something maintenance would come out. I rarely heard my sisters neighbors she was on the 1st floor. Her building was quiet only noise was my kids lol!My ex boyfriend lived here also. He didnt have any problems if he did maintenance was there which I dont remember them coming out but once-I forget what for but anywhere you live youll need maintenance. I know we could hear neighbors as Im sure they could hear us but its an apartment it seems they try keep families in same building, singles in another.Paying for laundry was a hassle but better then nothing at all..be nice if they were in apartments. Pool had pay for it also but looked cleaned and well taken care of. Now I think they added a gym? When my sister and ex bf left they were building a gym area. Also playgrounds arent bad, the one by office they updated we used it plus one on other side. Nice little sitting area at back too with Picnic tables. Nice little walk around the apartments. I actually was going to move here years ago. Close to 95, hospital, MD. I like this area, I also like being close to everything as I live in this area... more ... hide ...
