We assumed it would be a much more suitable living situation until we moved in underneath some people who were excessively loud and had no consideration for other neighbors. We assumed it would be a much more suitable living situation until we moved in underneath some people who were excessively loud and had no consideration for other neighbors. Their baby was throwing items off the balcony down onto our property. We had to endure the racket coming from above us and they were not very tidy individuals. They caused our house to flood from their apartment upstairs, and then the maintenance crew broke a pipe in the furnace room, flooding the house once again and ruining the rug in our living room and my son's bedroom, leaving him with scars that necessitated a hospital visit and a trip to the dermatologist. Additionally, the rug was already three years old when we moved in. Now, they have placed this incident on his credit score, making it difficult for him to obtain a house and they even confessed to being at fault. I just want everyone to be aware of this situation and keep all of their paperwork because it is outrageous; we were homeless for a period of time due to this predicament, and they ignored our communications and hung up on us, and now they refuse to reimburse us for the money that we should receive for these problems. Please be mindful so that you do not lose out on any of your belongings and they will attempt to make you seem responsible. Pathetic management Kathy is great though pathetic services pathetic apartments I urge you not to consider these apartments rather stay in nearby neighborhood apartments but not Salem Village or Village two

The staff was also really easy to talk to and I really respect that they walked through my apartment with me before I left. A few weeks later, they gave me my deposit back. Ive had issues with past apartments coming up with bogus reasons to keep the deposit, but I think everyone there is really honest.They also stay on top of reminding tenants the rules of the complex so everyone can enjoy the best environment possible.Thanks Village of Cantebury!
