Pros: These apartments are spacious and clean. I have never seen a bug of any kind in my apartment. They spray frequently to prevent them. If you live upstairs the stairway is fairly wide and not too steep so you can mov e furniture up and down easier.Cons: The walls are very very thin. You will hear your neighbors all the time. There is also not enough parking spaces towards the back of the complex. If you come home late from work you will most likely have to park towards the front. Some residents frequently park on the curb in the back which is fine, but it can make it difficult to pull in and out of parking spaces. Especially if they park too far away from the curb. I also had an incident with vehicle vandalism a few months ago. The back windshield of my car was shattered either due to a resident or someone else from the area. There is no security surveillance. Also the children run around unattended at times so you need to be very careful when driving through the complex. They have a laundry mat on site. The door locks and you are provided with a key, but it can be difficult to open. The dryers need two cycles to completely dry small loads.All in all the apartments are nice enough for the price and have a good location in Owasso. This is just my experience and opinion.
