I GIVE ZERO STARS...... HARASSMENT FROM MANAGEMENT WHEN A REPAIR IS NEEDED. WILL NOT FIX REPAIRS, including water damage, in a timely manner. UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, POOR MANAGEMENT. ALLOWS STALKING FROM FELLOW TENANTS , THAT TESTIFY AND COMMIT PERJURY BUT WILL NOT HELP OUT WITH THE SECURITY FOOTAGE. MISSING PACKAGES. 11 DAYS AND WATER DAMAGE REPAIR NOT FIXED, BOARD IS WRECKED. BOWING IN FLOORS, BOWING OF THE UPSTAIRS STAIRWELL (can view from basement), NO OTHER REPAIRS DONE. followed by harassment for being loud at 1:30 pm for cleaning my childs room/ toy box, no noise ordinance, so cannot even clean your apartment without harassment.Water damage is worse and still leaking pipe. 12 days as of 7/19/22 that management Nancy has done nothing to fix, beam is at risk of failure n damaging rest of beams. I moved in a few months ago. I recently had an issue come up where I had to have a meeting with staff about such issue. I was beside myself and nervous about what the outcome would be but Beth made the whole experience w ay better than I could have ever thought. She was very professional and also very compassionate about my situation. I was not expecting to have that great of an experience with the office manager and I am so very pleased and grateful that Beth was the one that handled my situation. I know in future situations as long as Beth is a manager I will always be treated with respect and compassion.
