Worst experience with the compliance company that oversees this apartment complex. They had my elderly mother completely convinced she was getting in until there Friday before the move and decides to tell us shes missing paperwork. We raced in Monday morning, the day she was to move in ( mind you her old apartment is now rented to someone else and shes completely packed) they tell us they will get back to us the same day. We have to call them Tuesday and find out we are denied because they want proof that my step father will never live in the apartment. This is because its low income and that would put my mom above the limit to live there. My step father lives in Belgium. He has never lived in the US and never will. But this ridiculous company wanted my mom to go down to the court house and file a separation against him as proof that he wouldnt live there. How can you ask that of someone. The fact that they knew over a month that my mom was married and he was over seas and they wait until the day after we are to move in to tell us it wont work! My mother is now living on a couch until we can find another place! Its heart breaking. Screw these people! more ... hide ...

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent here. Ive had THE WORST experience here. They said they would have my apartment ready on June 30th it wasnt, turns out not gonna be ready for months. The one they decided to put me in I cant t ake a shower comfortably I told them that before I moved in the manager said shed have it fixed before I moved in, also there are nails sticking out of the cabinets and they charge a insane amount of money for damages so i refuse to do anything without their maintenance, mind you i have a child that likes to get into everything and its IMPOSSIBLE to keep an eye on your kid 24/7 and thats what they told me to do! They didnt do a walk through with me. And there are roaches here!!! They would know that if they had done a real walk through. Now Im just freaking out having the worst time of my life and it just started! more ... hide ...

I came today to do a final walk through for the apartment I have just rented. We had asked for some minor changes like touching up the paint in some spots, fixing a leaky faucet and stuck window. When I arrived the offic e was in disarray no one knew I was there for a meeting. After waiting I met with Laura Estrada who wasnt prepared with the list of adjustments and was basically there to get me to go away. Save your money and rent someplace else. It will be the best decision you made all year. more ... hide ...

I lived there nine and a half years. It is a quiet clean apartment that has very reasonable rents. One and two bedrooms, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a storage unit if you have extra belongings. Its on the bus line #13 and its near the renown hospital and wendys isnt too far away. Mgmt is terrific neighbors are extremely friendly they have bbq areas in the courtyard and a community room and a library more ... hide ...
