Im Glad Ron Clewer stood up for this Housing Development Complex when 95% of the people were against it. I dont know how it feels to live there, but for what its worth, the people who live there have essential resources for jobs, healthy food and etc. more ... hide ...

They play favorites in this building. I know somebody who lives here over 9 years and wanted to move to a different apartment because she was getting harassed by her neighbors and she has a medical condition but got deni ed! A couple who lived here less than 5 years got approved to move into the only 2 bedroom apartment because of the same medical condition when they said NO couples can apply for the 2 bedroom. So a person who has been here for over 9 years and getting harassed and has the same medical condition cant move to a different apartment but somebody else that been here less and not getting harassed can move to a different apartment especially to one that stated no couples can move into? more ... hide ...

Have lived here almost 2 years now... overall good place to live. Rent is a little steep, but they are one of the few places in Rockford that will let you have 2 dogs that also offer attached garages. I did have one issu e where I ordered food via hello fresh and they failed to tell me about it for more than a week, but that issue seems to have been resolved... For what you get, its not an outlandish price, and its a pretty quiet complex and close to a lot of things.. Overall, they were really good to work with especially with all my schedule issues with move out and helping me get carpet cleaners in to satisfy my lease requirement (and for a very reasonable price). Overall, this was a pretty good place to live and a good company to work with in the process. Also - to address the concerns that all they care about is money: I found during my move out they were extremely reasonable with charges and I was only charged for things that were warranted. They also give you a list of things to check ahead of time and I could have easily bought these things on my own if I had time (stove drip pans, etc.) more ... hide ...
