Im giving it 5 stars because I happen to live here and I like it its quiet day and night,the apts are real clean all the neighbors and other residents are friendly its not not how some of these ppl giving reviews make it out to be like this one I read by David Charo where hes complaining,cuz his car almost got towed w/o any warning, said he was visiting family,well now if his story were true then the person to blame wouldve been his families fault, theyre givin guest parking passes so they wont get towed, any warnings he thinks he shouldve. gotten shouldve came. from his family. Im sorry but I had to right that wrong he was throwing out there to me it sounds like he had a personal grudge against these apts he shouldnt abuse his position to get back at someone. more ... hide ...

The Rentcafe is always wrong, you pay your rent and its always not corrected, I pay my rent on time every month for the last 6 years, Since the flood and Frezz I havent been able to get the online rent pay corrected. I USUALLY PAY WITH MONEY ORDER, UNTILL COVID. Now that the new management has came in, I cant get the pay online correct yet. Ive talked to San Antonio housing Authority, they said it will be corrected. Then talk to Breanna said its gliz, ha ! I know hud/saha will correct it. Who the owner Ive been in this Apartment for 6 years, and never had trouble with my account until this online thing. I HAVE RECORDS OF MY RENT PAY, AND COPIES, OF EVERYTHING. NOW OTHER THAN IT TAKING 3 MONTHS TO FINISH REPLACING CABINETS THAT WERE TRASHED, FROM PLUMBING/ FLOOD FREZZ. IVE BEEN A VERY PATIENT, RESIDENT. TRY NOT TO COMPLAIN CAUSE I UNDERSTAND THERES MORE RESIDENTS THAN MAINTENANCE...... IF THE BEACON MANAGEMENT CAN GET THE RENT RESIDENT PAID ACCOUNTS CORRECTED. MAYBE THINGS COULD GO BACK TO SMOOTH SAILING....! IVE GONE OUT MY WAY TO ASK FOR HELP OVER AND OVER ON THIS ISSUE. BREANNA DID GIVE ME SUMMARY THAT IS CORRECT. Run down and everything gets vandalized. The took out the fitness room to put in a mail room where packages are just piled up on the sidewalk for anyone to sort through or steal. No sidewalk to parking. Just a steep rock y incline with a 6ft dropoff at one side. They are increasing my rent $50 after one year of perfect payments for a 2/1 when they offer the 2/2 for less! The dumpsters are always overflowing with trashed couches, mattresses, and junk on the sides. Its a constant battle to get rid of roaches. Patio door wont close so it grows black mold all around it. Even with the AC at 72 it never gets below 78 degrees inside during the summer. No payments accepted except online with a $30 fee unless you want to go through putting in your routing and account number for bank every month. more ... hide ...
