My grandmother has lived at Villa Allegre for over 10 years and the apartment building is wonderful. She is very happy there and enjoys her neighbor friends. The manager is always polite and prompt to respond to any re quests for maintenance. There have been neighbors before who have had their family members move in with them without telling the manger, and have caused some trouble but the manager took care of that and got rid of the riff-raff. Other than, the building is nice and quiet, and the neighbors even barbecue for each other. My grandmother is happy, and that makes my family happy. more ... hide ...

This is by far the worst management and the worst treatment to anyone who try to apply at this place they by far have 2 starts and its only getting worst management frontbdesk they are rude and try their best not to hel p you fake smiles and they dont you let you talk they tell you dont talk as if you nobody icame 3 times and they reject my appointment because the lease manager didnt show up they dont care about clients situation after itold them my daughter take cancer treatment icant have my appointment reset the owners and the founders must do something like come on look at the reviews and if thats how they want their investment to grow then good luck years far back bad reviews wake upChange your staff help people in need for your investment 0 experience front desk smh iwish ican put 0 stars very very dispointing businessSomeone gotta make it right owners more ... hide ...
