Cant rate apartments unless you live there, but my visit found it clean. I dont believe theres a pool though and theres not assigned parking. I was trying to park in a handicap spot, but someone parked a white car partia lly on the handicap spot, and a pole was on the other side, making it difficult to park and exit my vehicle. I think if there was assigned parking it would make life easier for both handicap and non handicapped parking.Sorry Oak Manor, you didnt make the grade.Adios amigos... more ... hide ...

The management over this place is the worst. She instructed my mom to put in her 30 day notice at her apartment, and 3 days before she was supposed to move in, she told them they didnt qualify. My parents now have no pla ce since they put in a 30 day notice and their apartment was rented out. Absolute worst experience. more ... hide ...

These apartments have failed the standards of maintenance. For many reasons, first the parking lot constantly has huge potholes that take weeks to get fixed. So many people have popped their tires, ruined their rims and much more because its right in the middle of the entrance way. The gates have a pin to get inside yet the gates stay open 24/7 so there is constantly homeless people walking behind peoples buildings and dumpster diving. The dumpsters are always over piled til its spilling out in the parking lot and road. They charge everyone a fine for having a trash bag in front of their door yet the dumpsters dont even have the tops open. You cant possibly throw trash away because theres constantly homeless men there and dogs. There is always trash everywhere in front of the buildings, in the parking lot and just anywhere. It is not kept up with. The management is horrible when it comes to helping anyone out. They wont answer their phone at all. The office is always closed, theyre gone half of their shift all the time. Another thing that everybody has a MAJOR problem with is parking. There is not enough parking spots for the amount of people living here. Its impossible to find parking, people have to sit with their hazard lights in their car and wait for 20 minutes for a parking spot to be available. If nothing is available they have to park outside the apartments which is unsafe knowing we live right off the highway. Do not recommend living here it is not safe! more ... hide ...

Could not rate better. Every apartment has their issues but Ive been living here going on two years and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. I moved in here as a single mom at 20 and the staff and management ha ve been incredible to me while I get my life together and push through school, sense Ive moved in I had twins and the staff care enough to ask how they are doing whenever I come into the office! Jessica and Candice are amazing and Mary Jane has been a Saving grace and even went out of her way to explain to me how the housekeeping checks work etc due to me not having my own place before I didnt even know where to start with up keeping a home. They are ALWAYS diligent on pest control and maintenance never once have I had to call or ask twice! My neighbors are the BEST! Theres a sweet old man who lives behind us with a awesome flower bed growing who always says hello, my neighbor next door has become one of my dearest friends, and even other people in the complex show so much compassion offering to cook me dinner when I was pregnant and getting my little boys gifts ¤ Ive never felt more at home and safe and included in the community.
