08/09/2018Ive never had a problem getting any apartment whether it being government housing or not. The management is very unprofessional and cannot provide me with every documentation I need and so when I get documentat ion I need there is always something else I need. I had enrollment verification forms for my school from when I was previously enrolled to where I stopped but once I got that I needed a letter stating Im not currently a student which makes no sense. I also needed proof that I am not receiving child support payments which she does not have to pay it through the state so I dont know how I would get that so I just put where I am getting child support even though I am not and said I need proof I am receiving it. I also had the court ordered child support documentation which apparently isnt enough. I also do not understand why my employee statement cannot be sent to my boss through email but apparently it has to be mailed which would take forever because she said she has 7 other applications to do. Which Im not sure how you can fall so behind in your work. I already had a employee statement from my work but she stated it had to be their employee statement form. I tried to get ahold of someone in charge or a supervisor but they would not give me the information on how to do so. I hope this management problem gets fixed because government housing is sposed to be a service to the public.08/09/2018 more ... hide ...
