My husband went to apply for an apartment with a voucher which was denied. The administration fee was never given back to him. Everyone in the office has lack of communication, one says something the other one says somet hing else. He went to corporate office no one is there. No answer and the security guard said it has happened to many people, money never gets returned. Really unprofessional. They should investigate this place and stop taking peoples money. more ... hide ...

I am not a resident of this property but I am a contractor whos has been doing work here for the last 6 years. Im with Piper Fire Protection and we preform there fire extinguisher inspection each year. Darren the manager and his staff are one of the best office and maintenance personnel I have the pleasure of working with. They are very good at what they do and they work hard at making sure I have everything I need to take care of there needs. I do alot of complexes like this, as you can probably guess, and this is a very clean and well kept community. I hope I get to work with them for many years to come. Edited: a few days after I left this review they had someone power washing all the hallways and stairs! They have been great at listening to concerns!We have a great experience with the office and maintenance, but the pr operty itself is kinda gross. The hallways and stairs are almost always sticky.
