Trust me this nightmare doesnt get any better. Im paying 2500 for a 2/2 and i cant wait till the day my lease ends. On the day of move in toilets werent working, only half the outlets worked and we asked for these fixes while TOURING the apt and bugs ALL OVER the place they are basically another roommate . I have been here for 6 months and have been towed, mailbox doesnt work so i have to PICK UP mail AT POSTAL OFFICE talk about convenience! Gates are always broken so not really secured there. maintenance is always coming to fix everything since everything breaks from dishwasher to lights and clogged sinks and toilets and really everything just sucks. you can get so much more for 2500 else where i suggest you keep looking more ... hide ...

I tried not to leave a review HOWEVER the new management whomever they are..are the WORST. So...I had been calling no answer get to office 2 ppl workers are in the office. Les I have been talking to..thinking he was a ma nager..NOT. There is a young lady that is the assistant manager that may not have experience. The new management company has a ZERO understanding to this economy change per the assistant manager. I have never had an issue until they came along. I have been living here for 2 years. I fixed all my maintenance issues as asking for maintenance was a board scratching pain. People hang out without no issues for hardworking people to come home to destruction. Water is ALWAYS off. Due to me having move out.....I took some of my things and to come back ....I had no signs of a break in but my things were stolen, so either maintenance or the office personnel had been in my apartment. I removed my security camera (you gonna need one for this neighborhood) so I guess that was a go ahead. Not a place for a person with young kids as this neighborhood is going down and possible section 8. There is a mold issue in their apartments as well. more ... hide ...

I lived at this complex for a year. The grounds are really pretty but thats about it. The major pro was that it is cheaper than most of the surrounding options, however, its cheaper for a reason. The complex is old. The day after I moved in I went to make dinner and the stove was broken (I had not even used it once), they came and \"fixed\" it (a problem that would continue throughout my lease) while I was not there but when I went to use it, it was still broken. Within a month of moving in, there was a leak and my entire bedroom floor was soaked. Less than 2 weeks later, it happened again. Obviously, I was furious that it wasnt fixed correctly the first time. I had furniture that was getting ruined. When I asked them if this would keep happening I was essentially told there was nothing they could do about it, which is absurd. My washer broke at the beginning of October and it took them the entire month to fix it after I had to continue to make calls and be annoying because they were in no rush to resolve the issue. About halfway into my lease, pieces of my ceiling literally started to fall off onto the floor. One morning I woke up to a giant chunk that had fallen where I usually sit-- thank goodness I was in the bedroom when it happened or I would have been hit. Their solution to this was to draw the moisture out of my apartment because they were convinced that was the problem and so it never got fixed and pieces continued to fall until I moved out. Additionally, the office is horrible about answering the phone. In fact, one time I called while standing outside the office and watched as no one answered. Its insane. Like others have said, roaches are a huge problem. I cleaned my apartment continuously and sprayed all the time but it barely helped. One night I was making dinner and went to grab the salt container and there was a roach on it. Absolutely horrible living conditions. It may be cheap but its not worth it. more ... hide ...
