The apartment overall is great what is my complaint is about the management of this apartment since Karina is gone there is no one that will help family that speaks Spanish and almost all tenants are Spanish speaking the re is a really inappropriate manager call Gideon? That she is always rude and always hanging up phone calls of tenants that need help, she is not a good customer service at all! Always been with a bad mood and sassy all the time, not doing her job right because when you are a manager you have to help your tenant and make them feel comfortable I am 100% sure that I am not the only one feeling this because of her! I think they should hire someone else who really wants to do the job and not been so unprofessional with the tenants I will give a call to Gal management regarding this or make a complaint with us department of housing because is not appropriate at all her treat! more ... hide ...

California run property that does fix stuff in a timely manner. Charges Section 8 tenants more then non section 8 tenants. Easily offended tenants, no privacy on the ground floor, NOT cannabis friendly, not allowed to ha ve a flower box on your porch or anything showing your individuality. Lease states I can smoke on my porch but new Management says I cant. Where is a person with constant pain supposed to smoke cannabis on the property?Cant afford to move will not be bullied. more ... hide ...
