What a comfortable place for aging family. We toured with Kaylee (move in coordinator) and Joe (executive director) and everyone knew them and they knew everyone by name. The residents were always out and about and gen uinely happy. The common areas were amazing: billiards, fire places, library, reading areas, happy hour bar, pool, shuffleboard, game rooms, etc., lots of activities and participation and a warm and welcoming feeling. We even came back for a second tour with Erics Mom on very short notice and were given the grand tour including several units. A great place to call home when home isnt the best option anymore. Every week for the past year the water is turned off on Thursday supposedly because a new leak is discovered. Weve only received a $30 credit once this whole time. Feels like whoever is fixing the leaks is l eaving something unfinished so they can come back and make more money. Besides that, living here is not bad. I wish Rebecca becomes homeless like I have been thanks to her not renewing my lease without indicating why after 3 years. However whatever her issue was with me she was glad to express to any managers who called her for a reference preventing me from moving anywhere else and lost my housing voucher I waited 8 years to get by slandering me unlawfully. I imagine she sleeps well in her house every night though. Thanks for nothing and costing me thousands of dollars on motel rooms and putting an eviction on my leasing record which was perfect before leasing from her. Good ridance.In response to your reply....yes you are sad and once again you are slandering me by lying about multiple violations on my lease. You gave me one 10 day notice claiming I had a person living with me who was not on my lease with no proof other than an email sent to you by a person who was harassing me who also was lying about me having a roommate to try and get me evicted knowing that she was a visitor since you know she was there less than 1 week from when you evicted her claiming you knocked on my door to see for yourself and then tell me you heard multiple voices who refused to open the door as a lease violation assuming I knew you had told her she was not allowed on the property. Then you had my car towed from the property for no registration costing me $500 and my license suspended. Tenant-Landlord laws are in favor of the landlords and tenants are at the mercy of power tripping landlords who have all the power to decide if you lease with them or anywhere else when no other tenants complained about my situation that was out of my control and did what I could to protect myself for nothing. Rebecca knows these laws very well and will use them to her advantage UNFORTUNATELY is her favorite word. You Rebecca are not the owner by the way and any complaints about you are routed to you by voicemail and emails so its impossible to reach the actual owners. So you are stating multiple lease violations to the public and ask them to call you with any questions I hope they do. Because you are heartless and do not care about people only your job and the bottom line where you belong while acting nice to their face asking to let you know if there is anything you can HELP\" with then stab them in the back. more ... hide ...
