Melissa and Charlotte are fantastic always friendly and willing to take care of whatever you need. Hector and the rest of the maintenance staff always greet you if youre walking by and are friendly. This apartment co mplex is dog friendly so keep that in mind if you dont love dogs but for dog lovers just know that everybody is sensitive to each other because we have bigger dogs and little dogs here. The pools are nice and quiet great exercise room and did I mention the staff? It really helps to have nice people running where you live and efficient too, of course . this is the literally the WORST apartment complex ive ever been in Roaches all the time they said they were coming to spray and they did once and there was still a ton of bugs i constantly asked to get sprayed again never happen and when it came time to try and get my security deposit back theyre trying to tell me my apartment has to be cleaned professionally and i have proof that other tenants cleaned my apartment in order for me to move in tried to charge me for a month of utilities that was covered by the pima county eviction program theyre soooooo shady stephanie is nice and willing to work with you angela on the hand is so beyond the definition of a slum lord and shady person i didnt damage anything i cleaned the carpets with a rug doctor and theyre still trying to keep the security deposit DONT MOVE IN HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! more ... hide ...

I am currently a tenant here and Im not really sure where to start. The management team is not the worse and they do try to help but I think the issue is the owner. I have heard stories of the owner not taking respon sibilities to fix things around the apartment. For example, our main issue right now is hot water. The heater has been broken for months and we were kept being told that they are trying to fix it but parts arent even being ordered. There have been water leaks around the property and the maintenance team does absolutely nothing to help. When putting in maintenance request, it takes weeks or even months to get anything done. I lived here from Aug 20-Jan 22 - I was in a loft unit with a great view of the mountains.Unfortunately it was an unrenovated unit, so there were a few issues. Most maintenance problems got solved pretty quickly, but the y had to come back multiple times because my downstairs a/c unit would get stuck blowing on even though Id set it higher when I left in the mornings. Id leave with it set at 80 and come back to 58 from it blowing all day! Not good for my wallet. The windows are also incredibly thin and insulation is bad both during the summer and the winter.However, I really did enjoy living here, the staff were always nice and made it very easy to move out on extremely short notice due to a military deployment. more ... hide ...
