To anyone reading this, please, PLEASE, do not waste your time with this place. I did today so you dont have to.The office hours are hideously inaccurate, but their website will still allow you to schedule a tour even wh en they arent open. I did this and when I showed up, someone was in the office but refused to help me, even though I came clear across town to be there. I told her that the website and hours are messed up but she didnt care, neither about that nor the fact that I came a long way. I told her that this was terrible customer service, and as a result I will never live there and never give them my business, to which she seemed unfazed, and then I just said I would write them a bad review, to which she simply said, \"Okay.\"They are basically asking us to write bad reviews, and here is mine, just as promised. Dont move here people, please dont even try. But from what I can see many other people agree with me as well, so lets keep it going, so maybe then theyll get the message. more ... hide ...

I just moved to Tucson az a few months ago from Los AngelesThe tangle wood apartmentsAre the worst apts I ever seenThey are worst then the projects back homeThese apartments are roach infestedIm a very clean person a s wellI tried every roach product out thereIve seen over thousands of roachesThere is also lots of mold and water damage Ive been asking the office to fix this issue since I got here they do not want to fix it my walls are coming apart due to water damage DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL FOOL YOU FROM THR MAINTENANCE OUTSIDE more ... hide ...

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would, because living here has been a nightmare for the past nine months. I cant count the number of problems weve had living here, but the top ones would include floodi ng (twice now, the second time has been ongoing for over a month now), our ac has broken twice, the showers will not drain, and despite keeping it moderately clean, there has been a consistent cockroach infestation due to having broken screens. While the staff at the office is nice, we have told them about these problems over 3 times and nothing ever gets fixed. Some of the issues have been ongoing for months and we have given up trying because apparently theres no point. During the first flooding we had, water was literally dripping on me in bed, but they still claimed it was livable and refused to give any kind of discount on the rent (despite us having to live elsewhere for a week). Unless paying an excessive amount to live in squalor is something youre looking for, dont live here. I truly hope this helps anyone thinking about moving here to AVOID it because I know I wouldve been so grateful if someone else had given me this advice. more ... hide ...
