I know this is clich© but if I could give them negative stars I would, the price is decent, but the management and maintenance is beyond horrible, when they do inspections they leave mud trails everywhere if your not ho me they go through your food, found coffee grounds everywhere. If your A.C goes out dont expect it to be fixed for about 6 weeks, and they wont let you get a window unit. Thermostat does not go under 72 or above 73. They say no pets but half the people have pets. They give special service to people they know. Cops are always there. Fights are always breaking out in the parking lot at night. The property manager tana is always very rude once you move in. Please if you care about privacy, air conditioning in the summer, and respect, don not move here. more ... hide ...

ive been here for about 4 years and the overall experience is BAD !!! the maintenance man Steve needs to be called in. Whenever we call him for fixing he always has an attitude and says hes going to fix the p roblem months later youll still be waiting. I can tell that he strongly dislikes us because the day after he left our house from being inspected we started seeing RATS. You may think he is a good person when you first meet him but you most definitely will see otherwise. The manager Ms. Sandra is rude as well and Steve is her son i law so if you ever tell her a problem shell be on his side !! VERY BAD MAINTENANCE. THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL !! and i highly would NOT recommend. more ... hide ...

They dont fix anything. The manager is rude. Very unkept most of the time. Neighbors cant control their children. Personally I have a hole in the ceiling that leaks water in a DOWNSTAIRS apartment. Mold is growing from a leak that lasted for 6 months. Id love to know who I can call about these issues because my rent is being raised without lease renewal in the middle of the year. Its quite odd. For me, renting an apartment isnt all about money, but if that is a factor for you as it is with most, Woodhollow gives you more bang for the buck. For me, (now in my seventh month renting here) It is more important to e njoy coming home to your humble abode, knowing you live in a good, safe and friendly community. I am 63 years old and I have been renting apartments for about thirty of those years. The residents and management (which is new) here at Woodhollow make it nice to come home. I get waves, smiles, hellos and for the first time ever, was even invited to have Thanksgiving dinner together with three families of great neighbors who were just friends I havent met yet. I was happily surprised and elated to join them for a great dinner fun, laughter and we became fast friends. Thats never happened to me anywhere I lived at in in the past. Funny but most apartments Ive rented at in the past, just saying hello would get me a look, as if I had three heads. The grounds maintenance, HVAC filter changes and preventative extermination services schedule, insure us that there have never been any unpleasant issues. Honestly, our Managers Randie & Michelle along with the friendly maintenance team here are genuine and go out of their way to make our day better. If I was an apartment judge I would say \"YES!\" I definitely recommend this complex as your next home. You will be glad as well as happy you chose Woodhollow Apartments in Waco, Texas.
