The apartment is eh for its price. No Ceiling fan or light source in my living room. Holes in the Laminate flooring in the kitchen (during the walk-through the refrigerator had been pushed over to cover it up). Ive b een going back and forth with the management for a little over a month now on getting my service dog approved to live with me. My dog has been placed with sitters while I provide them with the paperwork after paper work only to receive another piece of paper on the door, basically asking me to give them more and more and more. I understand that the management has a job to do however this never ending paperwork is redundant. If you need me to get things done, why not benefit both of us and tell me/ provide me with all the information you require. more ... hide ...

They will be alright apartments if they will tell there residents to stop being mean to everybody that move in. Now its not all the residents, they know who they are. And also when they bag in, there bagging in too close to other cars. And when you ask them to please dont park so close, they gets an attitude and and still does it, its rediculous. If you cant bag in right dont do it at all. And about pets, its one dude he opens his door and the dog runs out. He dont care about others. I mean get a house if you want your dog to roam like that. Put him on a leash. Dont like dogs and i definitely dont want them jumping on me. Small big or medium. more ... hide ...

We got this apartment and were moving here from out of state. After a 20 he drive to get there we just wanted to move in and relax. When they showed us our apartment it reeked of cigarette smoke. The manager claimed that it didnt smell earlier but we looked at it over a three hour period and it still reeked even though these are supposed to be non smoking apartments. They would not give us a different apartment so we had to cancel our lease which they did not give us a full refund for. On top of all that the layouts online do not match what the apartments actually look like first floor apartments do not have nice fenced porches like it shows online. We also found that the fan in the bathroom wouldnt turn on and there were a few cosmetic issues. All the carports are also located at the back of the facility so if you pay for those you have to walk all the way to your apartment from there. Overall really dissatisfied we should have been notified about the problems it had instead of them trying to cover it up. Pretty Decent apartments but are WAYYY too small for the rent thats charged. They have a lot of random fees that come along with the rent like a community fee that started randomly one month. The walls are ve ry thin so you can hear pretty much everything from the neighboring apartments and that gets very creepy at night. Also if you move into the second floor expect to have carpet in your dining room - quotations because its not really a dining room at all just a cornered off section of the living room. more ... hide ...
