The apartment was INFESTED with roaches and bed bugs. The admins refuse to do anything actually helpful in dealing with the infestation and have waved off our video evidence when we showed them the time they did show up. The on-site laundromat is run down and disgusting. Over half the washing machines are out of order and full of still water. My clothes stank worst after I used the machine than before. The AC unit will occasionally leak and reeks of mildew. Whats even worst was the Apartment Managers wouldnt let me see the apartment until after I gave them the non-refundable security deposit. Usually I wouldnt have done that but I was in a rough spot and desperately needed a place ASAP. Looking back, If I had the time to sit and check out the apartment before dropping the deposit I definitely wouldve chosen somewhere else. I felt like I was taken advantage of in that situation. To start our experience with this property, employees were very short and not very helpful over the phone. Im moving from a different state so I have been unable to come see the property in person, so we applied anyw ays based on the pictures. I called and asked when we would hear back from our application (and we paid the $200 in fees) and was told 48 hours. I have yet to hear a single word from them and its been a week. We went to visit and to tour the property, the pictures are extremely deceiving and when we went into the office it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to even recognize that we were there and we were rudely turned away from a tour even though it was our only day in the state and we had already applied. We toured many apartments that weekend and talked to many more over the phone and have never had such a bad experience. They lost a lease. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 2 years. The complex is now under new management and a whole new maintenance staff and from what I can see they arent doing much better. The only member of the staff that has actually listened t o residents issues and responded to them is Sonia. My friend who also lives here has had MOLD growing in her laundry room for months, has notified the office and submitted requests yet nobody has even come to look at her apartment. I can never get a response to an email even if it doesnt contain a maintenance request. I was told it was the best way to contact them, but I have found the only way I can actually get in contact with someone is if I go to the office myself. The communication skills are lacking horribly, and I really do think it would solve a lot of issues. Ive just been dealing with it for 2years now so Im over it. This place is too expensive to be putting up with petty B.S. I also uploaded a photo of all the glass I still to this day continue to find around the area where I take my dogs out to go potty.
