NO STARS!! I would NEVER recommend this place to Anyone!! Beware before you apply to this apartment complex!! Dont fall for the $99 deposit special!! I lived here for 1 year. I paid almost $1500 dollars per month on time . I moved out 10 days ago with no problem. Then I get a call today saying that we owe $1600 dollars for the new carpet that they just installed. They never called us in those 10 days to let us know or to let us see or take any photos or to let us know there was a problem. When questioned about it she just acted angry and rude and would not show us proof of anything!! Then she informed us that if we dont pay the $1600 dollars she will ruin my credit! I have excellent credit and she knows this, so she decides to threaten me with it! We only lived here for 1 year ,so there was only normal wear to the carpet. This for us was a shock and completely handled so unprofessionally, and without so much as a phone call or email before hand!! Ive lived here for a year and am currently renewing my lease to move into a larger apartment. First things first, Jenny is amazing and organized. She can answer any question and solve any problem. Shes always wal king around the complex making sure everything is as it should be. If I ever have an issue with my apartment, I put in a maintenance request in the app and its usually fixed within an hour. The landscaping team keeps the grass cut and neat consistently. Theyre currently remodeling, updating, and renovating apartments as people move out. Some are outdated, yes, but theyre working to fix and upgrade everything they can. The rent is affordable considering the quiet location and the amount of space within each apartment. Lots of closet and storage space and a good sized private patio. Ive had no issues with loud music or random people wandering around. They keep a close eye on the parking lots to ensure only residents are using them and they will quickly tow anyone parking there that shouldnt be. The pool is huge and usually not very busy. I honestly love living here. The people on here saying Jenny is rude are most likely people who didnt pay their rent or broke the rules. more ... hide ...
