My husband and I are currently looking for an apartment. Today I called this place to check what are the prices, as the the website (apartments.com) doesnt give any info, its says \"call for rent\" (see attachment). So I called... When I said I have a few question about the property, woman on the phone - Siggy or Johnson (Id say sorry if I got the name wrong, but im not sorry) interrupted me and said quote \"first I have some questions for you\" and then she told me that if we are low income family we are not welcomed. Over the past few days Ive spoken to different leasing managers, some of them were better, some of them were not, but no one have started the conversation by basically asking \"how much money do you make\". Needless to say, that after this I want to be nowhere near these kind of people and management. Not only this is HIGHLY unprofessional and RUDE, if they have some policies there are zillions of way to explain them properly! I may understand the policies of the management companies, but I refuse to understand tactlessness as she is a person who provides services. Send her to some service management courses or better yet, find some who already know how to talk to people. more ... hide ...

I love it all appliances are included, central air, the staff are respectful, they have a nice computer lab, although my kids are too young they have weekly tutoring for the children. The staff also sends birthday cards to the tenants which is very thoughtful. Maintenance is QUICK, & the neighborhood is quiet literally everyone minds their own business its only a very few nights when people hang outside at night which ISNT much!!! I literally have dont have complaints with Hamilton Crossings management. however CMA (Property owners) is a COMPLETELY different story they can me misleading with their paperwork and their wording GET EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED AND SIGNED with them. more ... hide ...

Lived here for about 6 months and have had a great experience so far. The units are clean and look exactly like the pictures/model unit. The community is quiet and the property is very well maintained. I saw some negativ e reviews about maintenance before moving in which had me a little worried, but so far weve had two times where we needed something, both non-urgent, and both times they came by the morning after we submitted the request. the only complaint I have is that they dont do recycling. more ... hide ...
