I phoned the location today to find out the charges since the website (apartments.com) does not give any info, saying "call for rent" (see attachment). So I called... When I said I had some queries concerning the property, the woman on the phone - Siggy or Johnson (I apologize if I got the name wrong, but I'm not sorry) interrupted me and said "first I have some questions for you" and then she let me know that if we are a low-income family we will not be welcome. In the past few days I have spoken to different leasing managers, several of them were better than others, but none of them started the conversation by asking "how much money do you make". It goes without saying that after this I want to stay far away from these types of people and management. Not only is this HIGHLY unprofessional and RUDE, if they have rules there are multiple ways to explain them properly! I may accept the management company's policies, but I cannot accept rudeness since she is a person who provides services. Have her attend some service management courses or even better, find someone who already knows how to communicate with people. more ... hide ...

Im on my third lease now I lived here with a roommate a few years ago and it was the nicest apartment I have ever lived in I only moved out because of where my work was located at the time I wanted something a little bit closer I came back to live in Im on my third lease now I lived here with a roommate a few years ago and it was the nicest apartment I have ever lived in I only moved out because of where my work was located at the time I wanted something a little bit closer I came back to live in a one bedroom spring 2016 and now I live in a two bedroom Vicki and Harold are amazing people Harold the maintenance guy is always so hard working I sometimes see him at 8 am already working even though the office hours are 95 They always say hello and nothing is ever half done Everything is thorough between the paperwork the explanation of the lease and the work they put into the apartments The neighbors have always been great I feel completely safe walking to my car at night and just being in my apartment by myself There has been previous apartments that I have never felt as safe as Brookwood walking to my apartment in the dark Im so glad I found a place for the next few years to call home more ... hide ...
