I love it all appliances are included central air the staff are respectful they have a nice computer lab although my kids are too young they have weekly tutoring for the children The staff also sends birthday cards to the tenants which is very though I love it all appliances are included central air the staff are respectful they have a nice computer lab although my kids are too young they have weekly tutoring for the children The staff also sends birthday cards to the tenants which is very thoughtful Maintenance is QUICK the neighborhood is quiet literally everyone minds their own business its only a very few nights when people hang outside at night which ISNT much I literally have dont have complaints with Hamilton Crossings management however CMA Property owners is a COMPLETELY different story they can me misleading with their paperwork and their wording GET EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED AND SIGNED with them more ... hide ...

But people fail to remember is its an apartment complex in a big little city. My only true complaint is that the rent is pretty ridiculous for a roughly 550 square feet apartment. Yes, I understand that youre paying for convenience, everything you need is literally 10-15 minutes away from you. Staff is fantastic as long as you come to them with a cool head. Maintenance was on point for the most part when it came to personal home issues. If I could change something minor about this place is the \"secure doors\". They try to fix this but the tenants usually thwart this to make it easier to get in and out. Fix the darn hydraulics door closer. The doors slam everytime someone enters, but you sleep through this after about 3 months of vacancy.Overall, I give 4 stars due to the price being higher than I believe it should be.
