I moved into this building in 2013, and the management was wonderful! It had well-insulated, soundproof units with great amenities such as dishwashers and openable windows. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, and its central location allowed for easy access to public transportation. The laundry room could be improved; however, it had the bonus of being able to do multiple loads at once. Additionally, there is a bistro connected to the building that is run by an incredibly friendly guy. When I was living there, I found the onsite management to be excellent too - residents were diverse and polite/friendly. There is also a controlled access along with onsite parking (though I'm not sure how expensive it is). Although crime did get worse over my 7 year stay there, it wasn't nearly as bad as other parts of town; if you're careful enough you should be fine. All things considered, you get your money's worth with this building - although things would improve even more if city cleaned up their sidewalks! more ... hide ...
