Last time, I had an appointment and canceled it, but have been unable to get in touch since then; no one ever answers the I've been trying to make an appointment with the people who run these apartments for over a year. The lady was rude and hostile - she accused me of not showing up for more than one appointment a year ago without canceling. That didn't happen; I did call and cancel, but they never check their answering machine so my message probably got lost. Besides that one time, THEY canceled on ME - when that happened I was told THEY would call back to reschedule; however, they never called me back. When the lady answered today all she could do was be hostile and accuse me of lying before hanging up after I tried to explain myself. All that's true is that I called them out on their office workers' incredible inefficiency and rudeness when it comes to communication. The owners of these apartments are completely unavailable; no idea who they are so there's nothing much I can do about lodging a real complaint against them apart from checking out their other apartment in Fairborn Ohio online which has similar reviews: "No one in office is ever there.
