I also had the opportunity to meet the Administrator, Pam Howard, who guaranteed us that my father would be taken care of properly, and he was! The personnel surpassed all our expectations, and they all seemed to love working there. After speaking to Pam, I understood why the facility is the way it is. The building was very clean and bright. My father really enjoyed his time there and, more importantly, he was able to walk up the many stairs to his home when he was discharged.
